These products are handmade with a lot of love! We love what we do and we want you to love your purchase just as much as we do! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!

Return Policy

We take pride in creating unique, handmade, and personalised products crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalised nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

You may return most non-personalized and non-custom products for a full merchandise refund. Customer covers cost of return shipping.

Exchange or Replacement

In the rare event that your order arrives with defects or errors on our part, we are happy to offer exchanges or replacements. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. 

You will be required to pay the costs of shipping to return the item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been placed, production process starts immediately and cancelations can't be requested after 6 hours of order placement. Within the first 6 hours of order placement, you can request a cancelation if you wish to cancel the order. Thank you for understanding this due to the personalization of products.
